CCTV monitoring of High Street Aldershot and parking fines

In signing this petition you are agreeing with the authors that the issue and enforcement of parking fines by CCTV images in the area of High Street Aldershot, without due warning and provision of adequate signage as specified in Government guidlines and Rushoor councils own internal  guidelines, constitute an act of entrapment against unsuspecting drivers and that all fines instigated from these images and collected by the council should be refunded without delay. That any further fines being issued should be forfiet to the council until such time that the council provide clear and obvious signage to the entrance to the monitored area/zone that is the High Street Aldershot.
